The Biggest Change In Years!The Biggest Change In Years!Valley Cut Steel now have plasma cutting on-site. We have a new Machitech 10' x 8' plasma machine powered by a Hypertherm HP400.
We can now offer to do your rush plasma cutting too. As of the first week of July, we now have a plasma table in-house. It is an 8' x 10' table with a single plasma torch powered by an HP400. The machine is Canadian made by Machitech in Saint-Marc-des-Carrieres, Quebec and sold by Praxair. We have the capacity for 96" x 120" parts up to 1-1/2" thick, and we can now process material much lighter than previous. We can certainly do 10g and 3/16" plate parts, and lighter on special applications!
This machine adds tremendous value to our company and broadens our service offerings to you! Send us your inquiries that require plasma, we can now handle them for you!
Although it has the capacity to cut stainless and aluminium, we have no plans to branch into that field immediately.
